REFLECTA/1/Fiberline is a reflector compass binnacle for worldwide use. It meets all important national and international specificatios. Included in the range of delivery are all necessery components as magnetic reflector compass, azimuth device, reflection tube, correctors (only Flinder´s bar as extra) illumination, emergency illumination and installation material.
Instead of a vertical reflection tube a horizontal by-pass uo to 2m of length can be fitted.

-Compass binnacle made of reinforced fibreglass with seawater resistant fittings, flaps for light, reflection optics and corrector magazines.
4 oblong holes in the base for A-error correction
1 rim ring with two PTFE bearings mounted.
1 hood without aperture, with handles.
1 electrical light with cable type 3x1.5 mm2 lenght of cable down to 30 cm below the binnacle, bulb E14-type, 40 VA, 230 VAC to 30 cm below the binnacle, bulb E14-type, 40 VA, 230 VAC or acc. to ship´s main voltage.
1 electrical emergency light same as above, 24 VDC or as ships emergency voltage.
1 set of fastening material comprising: 4 bolts of brass M16 acc. to ISO 2269 or M20 for UK-DoT, 4 washers with rubber gasket, 4 nuts with flange for fixing on the deck.
2 full size D-spheres (180mm) of soft iron with index marking, fixing bolts M16, on D-brackets with distance scale.
3 magazines with 6 B+C magnets (10 mm x 200 mm).
1 heeling magnet and tube in binnacle column, with numbered chain, 1 magnet and tube 125 mm, 1 magnet 50 mm.
1 name plate with serial number and approval number.
-Optical arrangement with reflection tube comprising lenses and mountings individually adjusted to the lenght of the reflection tube.
1 reflection tube, length individually arranged to the bridge design or as CUTUBE (detais se next page) of 1200 mm to be cut on the yard at installation, 140 mm, with flange and rubber gasket for fixing on the deck.
1 movable flange to seal the hole in the deck or ceiling visible from below.
1 extension device for the mirror head, extension length 150 mm, arrest knob and stop.
1 mirror head at the extension tube, 360º horizontally turnable with day and night mirror and 2 adjusting knobs, vetically rotatable.
-Reflector compass Type 11 (order No. 32011) with directional system of 180mm, 1º division, 1º division for reading from below, north/north card printing, magnetic moment app. Am2 , 2 lubber lines, bearing ring division 1º, centre pivot for azimth device, gimbal ring with suspension inserts.
-Standard azimuth device for compass Type 11 (order No. 1400) with vanes, index marking, hinged black mirror for vertical angles from -5º to 130º, shadow pin, stored in wooden box.

Height of Binnacle Column
The binnacle can be delivery in various card heights above deck level according to the necessary iron safe distance. The standard height is 1200 mm. The binnacle can be shortened to 880 mm or lengthened up to 1800 mm card height above deck level. Please state required card level with order (dimension of the questionnaire).
