    Scraper in adhesive roller machine

    Description of the application
    The component is used to seal the adhesive chamber of an adhesive roller machine. The wipers are at the shaft ends of the glueapplication rollers.
    Problem
    The scrapers have to be very wear resistant, anti-adhesive and slippery. The dry and hard glue must be easily removed from the scrapers, without let them being damaged.
    Problem-solving
    In this application, ZX-100K scrapers are used.
    Advantages
    Longer working life and more versatility.
    The glue can be easily removed from the strippers made of ZX-100K.
    The scrapers are very wear resistant, dimensionally stable and distortion-free and nevertheless have a high chemical resistance.
